1 / Alternative Dispute Resolution (20 credits)

Explore a range of alternative dispute resolution processes and procedures, comparing their strengths and limitations and highlighting practical and ethical issues from their use compared to traditional legal approaches to resolving disputes.

2 / Graduate Professional Skill and Employability (20 credits)

During this module, you’ll consolidate and extend the professional and employability skills learnt in Level 4 and Level 5 by exploring more advanced employability skills. And continue work-related learning to assist in the transition into a graduate career/ post-graduate study.

3 / Law for Entrepreneurs (20 credits)

Develop practical legal knowledge and critically analytical skills relevant to ethical enterprise and entrepreneurship.

4 / Company Law (20 credit)

This module is designed to expose you to international humanitarian law, including the law of armed conflict, international criminal law as defined by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and to the law relating to human trafficking and its effect on the UK.

5 / Dissertation (40 Credit)

Develop research skills by enabling the self-directed planning, research, and production of an independently produced piece of legal writing which addresses critically a legally orientated topic or issue of interest.

Entry Requrement

  • Qualifi Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law; Or Qualifi Level 4 and Level 5 Diploma in Law

  • Applicants without a Level 5 Diploma but holding significant legal experience will be provided an alternative accelerated pathway on a case-by-case basis.

  • IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. If your first language is not English, you may need to provide evidence of your English language ability.
